RETURN POLICY

ORDER RETURNS/REFUND POLICY:

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is our way of ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with the product, then let us know within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, and we will give you a full refund. The company might request additional information from the customer in case the device is reported as defective or faulty. The cost of shipping for returned items are covered by customers.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopmeilen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund after receiving the item. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not refund refused packages or returned to the address not confirmed by our company.
All customers who order from a sale are subject to final sale (no returns). If you have an issue with your order or product please email info@shopmeilen.com.
Some items marked "FINAL SALE" in the product description, are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. This includes all items in our "Sale" sections.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Customer is able to cancel their order 24 hours from placing it before order is shipped out for a full refund no questions asked. Please email info@shopmeilen.com to cancel within the time period.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS PROCESSING TIME:

As soon as you send the device back, please send us an email providing a tracking number of the returned device. We will need this tracking number in order to check if the device was returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
